A bit small bathroom.

The location of Hotel Alpine Lodge in Gstaad is particularly good as it is so close to shops, the Alpine Lodge, Gstaad Sport's Center, Saanen, and Gstaad. the verandah overlooking the Alps and garden is beautiful and adds to the charm of the hotel. the staff at the hotel are absolutely kind and amicable. They helped us arrange a shuttle to the slopes, and we enjoyed staying in a double room with carpet.

The room was modern, with smoke detectors and spectacular views. The breakfast was generous, included cereals and eggs in the bar.

Everything was very good, breakfast was generous and sumptuous. They offered us unique and neat rooms with a spectacular view, a spectacular view of the mountains. The breakfast had lots of options: cereals and eggs. The great service and shuttle to the lifts far exceeded our expectations. Besides, there was parking next to the hotel.

The service was friendly with parking next to the hotel. the double room we stayed in was neat and huge with carpet. - the breakfast food was great, with different choices like cereals and eggs. - Genuinely friendly staff that provided useful info. - the location was so close to the slopes, the bus station, and nature.

Kitchen is very good and the hotel staff is very friendly and kind.

I chose Alpine Lodge for its close proximity to the Pedestrianised Promenade and Shopping Mile. However, I was pleasantly surprised by their car in the hotel's own garage for CHF 20.00 per day. It provided convenience and peace of mind during my stay. The in-house restaurant served varied Swiss cuisine with an international touch in a relaxed atmosphere, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

The staff is incredibly kind and dedicated to their job. The owners are on property making sure that their guests are well looked after. I honestly enjoyed this little boutique hotel, with in walking distance to Gstaad center, and with a free car service that will take you to and from mountains or city centers. (a very nice touch) There is also a ski rental inside the hotel which makes life very simple... This hotel honestly has everything that you need... in addition to sustainable hospitality with locals delivering the service.... I would come back... I felt at home

Had a grwat stay; very friendly staff; comfortable, clean room. The pool and garden are wonderful. Will definately return in the near future and recommend this place to friends and family.

The breakfast here is good and served in the morning, and the staff are all very helpful, making your stay in the Saanen district well worth it.

We missed a frige in the room.Also a safe would be an asset.And a small but important detail for women-a shower cap.That thing we haven't been given in any hotel in Switzerland.

Family-friendly hotel with a great location next to the bus station and restaurants. Well-equipped and tidy room with a super comfortable bed, central heating, cable television, and a writing table. - Generous breakfast selections such as cereal and eggs. - Friendly service and convenient parking. - the quiet ambiance of the hotel adds to its charm.

The combination of spa facilities and access to skiing was very convenient for my husband and myself. excellent pool and gym available all day. Sauna etc available form 3pm. All staff were very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble at all levels. The half board option was on offer for a stay of 3 or more nights, for only 10 francs each per night. excellent value to try out local specialities without having to leave the hotel to find restaurants at a bit of a distance in Gstaad or Saanen. the hotel minibus was available to take skiers to open slopes. Skis could be booked in the hotel. Very warm and clean. Good play area inside for families if required.

sharing a table with families rather than having our own table was slightly annoying but no explanation was offered.
